The Brief

This township master plan is a thoughtfully designed integrated development located in Bangalore, India, covering an expansive 76-acre site. The development is divided into two distinct phases by an existing nala (seasonal stream), which has been rejuvenated to enhance the natural landscape. The master plan comprises a vibrant mix of retail spaces, high-rise residential towers, and clubhouses with comprehensive sports and leisure facilities, offering a modern and sustainable living environment.

The township features 5,000 premium lake- and nala-facing apartments, each designed to maximize views and connection with nature. The apartments are thoughtfully arranged around an internal podium park, creating a seamless link to the rejuvenated nala and surrounding leisure park. This integration provides residents with a continuous park experience, fostering a sense of openness and tranquility within the urban setting.

Sporting amenities are strategically placed along the perimeter of the development to serve the active lifestyle needs of the community, with facilities accessible to all residents.
