AFW seeks a Building Designer with 5+ years' experience in hospitality, high-end residential, or commercial projects. Role includes concept-to-completion design, producing technical packages, and client coordination. 

Skills in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and 3D required; BIM is a plus. Strong communication, team collaboration, and deadline management skills needed.
