The Brief and Vision
Nha Trang is a coastal city on the South-Central coast of Vietnam. This is a popular destination for its beaches and sea sports activities for international and domestic tourists. We were tasked to refurbish as existing 30 storey landmark building on the prominent location by the beach front to a Sheraton branded hotel.
Originally designed as a three-star hotel, the property required extensive modification to fulfil the brand standard of a Sheraton Hotel.
Sheraton Nha Trang Hotel & Spa was opened in March 2010.
Conceptual Approach
The public areas, podium and pool deck were significantly re-modeled to maximize the internal F&B spaces, drop off and arrival experience.
The pool terrace and lounge bar added at the podium rooftop offer magnificent views of the ocean, beachfront and mountain backdrop.
