The Brief & Vision
Embassy Group is one of India's leading real estate development companies that is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The group is known for its expertise in developing commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties.
Andy Fisher workshop was tasked to design their new headquarters within Embassy Golf Links business park. The brief was to design a luxurious office that will cater to the growth of the company as well as future planning principles.
Conceptual Approach
This interior design project for the corporate offices of Embassy Group comprised of 5 floors divided into the groups organisational departments. The ground floor is offered primarily to marketing and sales for new projects and is the greeting area for the public visitors. Meeting rooms, project galleries and a large volume display area, interact with the exterior and public road beyond. Two meeting rooms behind the reception face the green wall and water feature which are placed to screen the view from the neighbouring buildings.
The bespoke staircase was specially fabricated in Singapore along with the titanium clad reception desk. The staircase links all departmental floors and leads to the corporate meeting rooms, fronted by a double-storey atrium, screened with aluminium fins. Staff facilities take advantage of the roof terrace and external areas.
