The Brief & Vision

This formal composition provided a variety of home options for the residents whilst maximising the multi-level landscape and recreational areas. The combination of low and highrise blocks provided extensive roof terrace amenities and assisted to provide prominent direct links between the landscape and the roof terrace facilities. The landscaped areas depicted the site topography and took reference from the character of Pune, with linear plots of land from the agriculture and meandering rivers.

Both low and high rise blocks adopted the same design style to offer a single language and to blend the blocks into a single form .
