Conceptual Approach
Vensa One is set to be a landmark project in the city. Based on the notion of flexibility, the 27 storey building is designed as a tower with a podium expression at the lower levels and with an articulated tower.
This offers a variety of four floor plate configurations, ranging from simplex to duplex office spaces, to adapt to rapidly changing market demands within the city. Two levels of the duplex office spaces open out to an outdoor terrace zone. This gives the users and tenants opportunities for additional usable space.
The ground level of the building is designed as a double volume space, providing a luxurious sense of space upon arrival. The granite used in the arrival of the building is primarily a local granite, that is what Hyderabad is famous for.
AFW were commissioned for full architectural services, and have implemented a number of innovative solutions such as enhanced fire code compliance and holistic façade design.
The Brief & Vision
Hyderabad is a major city in India and serves as the capital of the state of Telangana. It is located in the southern part of the country and has a rich history that dates back several centuries. Hyderabad is known for its blend of historical charm and modern infrastructure, making it a popular destination for both tourists and business travelers. In recent years, Hyderabad has grown into a major IT and technology hub, attracting numerous multinational corporations and technology firms. This has led to rapid economic development and a significant increase in employment opportunities in the city.
Sites around Hyderabad are renowned to have large rocks set within the site, making planning and construction challenging. The site given to us was as such, located within a bustling financial district, with a sloping site of 15m from the front to the rear. The Client envisioned this site to be the location of his corporate office, thus with the increased expectation of a luxurious designed tower.
